2134523 Alberta Ltd doing business as Moderna Cannabis Society (“Moderna”, “Moderna Cannabis Society”) (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates http://www.modernacannabis.ca (the “Website”) and other associated programs including, without limitation, the Moderna loyalty program, point of sale system, email list and customer database (the “Programs”) (the “Website” and the “Programs” are collectively referred to herein as the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Moderna and any other associated programs wherein personal information is collected (the “Site”).
